About Me

I am a retired, 20+ year, Army veteran now trying to make my way in the private sector.  I have a wife and children, who I hope we have raised to think for themselves and make judgments not on popular sentiment or media driven sensationalism, but good, solid research and that good feeling that settles on your heart when you have made a decision you know is the right one, regardless of the outcome.

I originally started this blog as an out let for anger and the demons that reside in us all.  As I move forward in my new life I find that the old restrictions placed on me by my former profession are no longer there, but new and sometimes disappointing ones have taken their place.  I now reside on a different battlefield, but intend to continue to use this medium as my means of casting out the demons in a constructive manner.
